Touch iPod 3rd Generation - Great Ipod I like it alot buy it and be happy

I give 3 stars for item. When I received package I thought Touch iPod 3rd Generation had been crushed or ran over or even jumped on. Box it came in look like it had been through tackle football . Overall I am just glad it works, only problem is that is does not like apple mic and headset. The sound is amazing. I like it alot , second thoughts probably should of bought the 300 dollar version.Maybe someone just had a bad day and the took out their anger on the package or maybe it just got crushed during shipment. As I have stated before I am just glad it works.

Touch iPod 3rd Generation - I love it!

I received this Touch iPod 3rd Generation in January 2010 and it is awesome. The screen quality is great. The settings are good as far as locking it and setting picture backgrounds. There are a ton of good free apps available for easy download. I wish it had a camera and the battery life isnt great but those are the only slight negatives I have.

Touch iPod 3rd Generation - Crashing

There is much to love about the Touch iPod 3rd Generation. It is amazing. But shortly after receiving it, I accepted the upgrade from iTunes to v. 3.1.3. this has been nothing but trouble since. I've restored. Randomly after I recharge or if I leave it on and it shuts down on it's own, I have to do a soft reset (sometimes several times before even that works) to resume function. ON the apple boards this is apparently an issue (along with other problems I've not had) since the upgrade. I really really want to love this Touch iPod 3rd Generation, but this makes me crazy. I may have to take it to the Apple store (which is not a short trip)


Touch iPod 3rd Generation - Excellent All The Way Around

I have used this Touch iPod 3rd Generation for about 3 months now and am very satisfied with it. The sound quality is very good and the well designed interface (similar to iphone) is very ease to learn to use. The only thing I do not like about is the 64 Gig capacity is not big enough for my entire collection. Hopefully next generation will increase capacity to 128 Gig. I am using the unit currently with Itunes 9.03 and Win 7 64 bit and everything works fine.

Touch iPod 3rd Generation Review

I think the Touch iPod 3rd Generation is great. It is very easy to use and I love the touch screen. My current phone is a Blackberry Curve and the touch screen of the iPod touch is so much easier to use than the trackball on the Blackberry.

The only drawback is that for many of the apps i use you need to be connected to a Wifi network. There is no wireless network that I can use at work, so the only place I can use the iTouch with a wireless network is at my home. This limits its usefulness.

Once my contract with US Cellular is up, I will be switching to an iPhone.
